His adjustments are spot-on, and I always feel better after my appointments. He goes above and beyond by explaining how bones and muscles work together and how issues in one area can affect the rest of the body, which I really appreciate. For instance, I've been going to various chiropractors on and off for some years. Recently, I've been experiencing a crick sound when I would bend my head down. Has he been adjusting my neck? Nope. He has been adjusting my lower back specifically my S2 disc. Now, I rarely hear the sound when I bend my head down. The man knows his stuff! What means the most to me is how mindful he’s been during my IVF journey. He coordinates my chiropractic care with acupuncture to support my body through the process, and I truly feel like my treatment is personalized and intentional. I’m so grateful to be in his care. I owe him some Jamaican spice bun (not bread as he calls it)9. Hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. His adjustments are spot-on, and I always feel better after my appointments.
