We called for a consultation and scheduled one. There are no notes or responses to the email. The next appointment is in two weeks. The customer service was disappointing.5. I had a 30 minute information session with Mr. Johnson regarding a previous car accident. He didn't charge any fee for the consultation and took his time and explain everything very clearly. He does not return phone calls or answer to e-mails. I’ve been waiting for a month and a half for some simple estate planning. I do not recommend. He was not responsive in my case.
