DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. What happened to us was very wrong and unprofessional in all ways.12. I received a horrible and unprofessional service from this law firm. I opened up a case with them in late June in regard to a slip and fall. I signed an agreement to proceed this case and was informed that I was going to get a call. Three weeks passed and I never received the call. I called multiple times and couldn't get in touch with anybody, and I also left messages on the app and no answer as well. My husband called them and left them a voicemail and that's when they got back to us and informed me that they closed the case without giving us a reason. This was very stressful and upsetting because a lot of time has passed by and I did not receive any medical help. I am still in pain as of right now. I was later informed that the case was difficult to take but they did not investigate at all on the incident. I would have appreciated if they got in touch with us sooner so I can look into another firm to help me in this situation. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend this firm. Lack of communication.13.
