Dave moved to San Diego after his graduation from Boulder College of Massage Therapy 1,000 hr. Long hours at a desk and physical training left Dave with chronic neck and back pain. He was eager to address his pain, so after relocating to Denver, he enrolled in massage school to learn about wellness. Dave began his massage career in San Diego. He grew up as an athlete and a biker. He was in love with the mountains and anything that was an adrenaline rush. After gaining the knowledge to pursue his passions and his goals, Dave was eager to master his craft and educate clients.  The dream of working with elite athletes began when I started volunteering at local triathlons. A year later, an opportunity to work for the U.S. Olympic Training Center was presented in Chula Vista CA. Three years of working at the Training Center exposed him to Olympic and Gold Medal athletes. It was a demanding job that required him to utilize a range of modalities, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic drainage, Trigger Points, and Swedish. Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation were his key responsibilities. This job made him realize his love for holistic health and the importance of taking responsibility for one's wellbeing and recovery. Dave had the opportunity to see the best and worst of the human body from elite athletes to Navy Seal candidates. Dave, Seattle residents, is excited to share his experiences and passion for Holistic Health to all who are committed to taking an active role in their health and healing. When Dave is not working, he enjoys going biking and taking his dogs for a walk, outdoors, meditating, or practicing yoga.forChild.
