Good working relationship I worked with Liam and Blue Lake Construction on a flip project in Seattle. Liam was great to work with and everything went smoothly. Payment was on time and I really enjoyed working with him and will work with him on future projects. Liam met me for a consultation and the project did not come together because of my own plans but I am excited to use them in the future. I own a demo and junk removal service in Everette I got to work with Liam and Blue lake construction a few times already Solid general contracting firm in the Seattle area. I’ve had a great experience working with them and I’ll definitely use them when I purchase my own home and need some renovation. I’m extremely happy with my new rooftop sunroom from Blue Lake Construction! I have a rooftop in Capitol Hill and wanted to create a space where I could enjoy both indoor and outdoor living throughout the year. I spoke with several construction companies before choosing Blue Lake, but most of them either didn’t want to take on the project or didn’t seem confident about it because everything had to be completely customized to the measurements of my rooftop. This was not a standard sunroom. The metal structure had to be fabricated specifically for my space, with black powder coating, custom ordered tempered glass, sliding glass doors and a glass entry door. Almost everything needed to be measured precisely and specially ordered. When I met Leo from Blue Lake Construction, the experience was completely different. He had already completed similar custom projects and showed me examples of their previous work. That gave me the confidence that they actually understood what needed to be done and could handle the fabrication and installation correctly. The entire project was completed in less than 7 weeks! Most of the waiting time was actually for the custom tempered glass to be manufactured and delivered. Once everything arrived, the Blue Lake team moved quickly and the finished sunroom came out beautiful. I absolutely love it. The black metal with the glass looks modern and high-end, and now I can actually enjoy my Capitol Hill rooftop much more throughout the year. I also feel like I got an amazing deal for such a customized project. Great price, great workmanship and most importantly they delivered what they promised. If you’re looking for a contractor in Seattle for a custom sunroom, rooftop enclosure or any project that requires special fabrication and custom measurements, I definitely recommend Blue Lake Construction and Leo. Blue lake construction did a great job instaling a bathtub, tile and heated floors to my bathroom. After interviewing a few different contractors. Liam came over. Was on time . Very knowledgeable. We went over all the details. He had a complete customer friendly folder with all the paper work we needed. He met time lines and the concrete is simply perfect. Super recommended - excellent manegment. Thanks and we’ll meet again for my electric gate install next year. Liam Ovi with Blue Lake Construction came out and oversaw the repair of a very large cedar patio cover that was starting to sag in the middle. The previous construction company had failed to install joist hangers and collar ties. Alfred on Liam’s team was able to raise the center beam to eliminate the sag and install the missing components to make structure strong and durable, preventing any future sagging. GLsizei will be thrilled with the results and would gladly have them do more work in the future
