Customer Feedback Summary: 1. Two tickets received on the same day from two different state patrols (two on one citation and one on the other). Both cases were dismissed. Great results. A very satisfied customer. 2. It's not every day I get excited about good news, but this morning, Roberto Yranela & Associates, gave me the great news that they were able to get my speeding ticket dismissed. Normally I wouldn't even try, but I really felt that my circumstances for this ticket were unwarranted. So if you believe that the court will be in favor of the officer, don't hesitate to call Yranela & Associates. Greatly appreciate you, Joseph~ 3. These guys are phenomenal. They take all the challenges of dealing with a ticket out of your hands. If you are questioning weather or not you may need legal help or advice, it's my recommendation to reach out them. 4. Poor Management! I never imagined that my attorney would be the first person that I have to defend myself against before a hearing. We sent the legal service request email on Saturday, received first response on Monday. We responded to the follow-up details on Tuesday and signed the contract on Tuesday. Thursday: Roberto said our legal assistant already made the necessary filings. Friday: I asked if I could request a case number, did not receive any reply. So, I made the phone call to request a case number because I expected the attorney would send me back a court receipt of my contest request, but I did not receive that. In the phone call, you said there is $83 court fee, I said “you should let me know and I can pay but I don’t know which method I should pay you”. Then Roberto said, “you don’t tell me how to do our job”. Then he started to educate me: “You are working with a third party, you should be patient working with a third party, how about finding someone else to take your case? I don’t want to take your case.” This is very unprofessional! We signed the contract on Tuesday, and you told me to find someone else on Friday? I already made things very clear in my first email that the court said we have 10 days to submit a request. I signed my contract with you on Tuesday, which is the second business day of this 10-day period. I never throw a last-minute case at you; it is your lack of communication and attention that makes you feel like a last-minute case. Eventually, you did not submit my hearing request by Friday even though you said on Thursday assistant xxx already did it. When I made the phone call to ask for a case number on Friday afternoon, you blamed me for not being patient? This is not fair! What an attorney! Actually, you can simply admit the submission was failed and needed me myself to do it again, but you never admit your mistake instead you choose to educate your client. You were already not being trusted through our emails because you always overlook my questions and only choose to answer part of them. That was the reason why I doubted the submission was not successful, then I was right because the assistant did not make the payment to finish it. When I say, “you should let me know” and you started to educate me for “not telling me how to do my job”. Please do not say I was not on your file, I told you in my very first email that I am Gao’s wife, the driver of this case, and we have the same legal plan number, and I want to be your client. You also responded to me based on that email. Not putting me on the file is your poor management issue, not my issue! If you think my case is too small to be worth your effort, you may have forgotten that handling such cases is exactly how you make your living. I do not know where your sense of superiority comes from. Losing your professional ethics even once will haunt you for the rest of your career. 5. Truthfully have had a great experience with Roberto! He is really responsive & makes this process very stress free! I HIGHLY recommend him, out of everyone else I reached out too he really is the best. Thank you! 6. Absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend them enough, they were kind, cordial, efficient, and most of all they got me out of a speeding ticket, please if you have any seconds thoughts get rid of them, these guys should be your first choice. 7. He treats you with dignity and respect.... like your a human being.... he also knows exactly what steps are necessary to win..... which may not necessarily be the same steps you thought..... but he knows what hes talking about and he's done all the research....its your responsibility to do something with the knowledge he passes down.... 13. One thing you need to know about Mr. Yranela is that he will fight to get the BEST outcome possible for you without you even knowing. I am out-of-state and got a speeding ticket in a WA state park while on vacation (silly I know). Contacted Mr. Yranela through Google search. He set very clear expectation in terms of what he could do to help with my case and I was very happy about it already. Everything went on as planned and he surprisingly told me that he was able to get the case dismissed due to a technicality issue he caught the VERY LAST MINUTE. I find Mr. Yranela very down to earth and professional during the short interaction I had with him. He is definitely very client oriented. He even told me that he would provide me with a full refund under certain circumstances... My suggestion is that you should read the Q&A section on his firm's website first. I do not have words to describe how competent and patient this lawyer is. He always replies in a short amount of time( I do not have any idea how he manages all of these); he is a real example of multitasking. My husband had a difficult traffic ticket assigned to a court that was avoided by many lawyers. Roberto was the only lawyer who took our case and succeeded in amending it to a non- moving violation. Aditionally, I have never seen such budget-friendly prices. This lawyer deserves the best and I highly recommend him to everyone. He was a blessing for us. Thank you for your help. 15. Should check with client before using the deferred option. Cost me more than the initial ticket and I cannot use the deferred option for several years.
