Prior to today I spoke with Jana twice on the phone regarding my L & I claim. At the office I met both Kim and Jana . I am sorry I can't remember the person's name who greeted me when I came through the door. He was very personable and directed me to the appropriate office to sit in. I was greeted by Jana and we sat and chatted for a moment before Kim came out to our room and the 3 of us sat and chatted a while. What stands out is their willingness to listen. To listen to the details of my injury and claim. And provide feedback on the path forward. I have had more than enough experience with attorneys to last me a lifetime. I feel that I am well represented by Kim. There is much to do before I am finished, but my first impression is overwhelmingly positive. I have never had that impression with a attorney.10. Kim and Shawna are amazing and I seriously don't know what I would have done without them !!! I was injured on the job pretty severely and still partially disabled from my injuries and surgeries . I was working with them for about 8 yrs . And l@i and ime dr.s tried to screw me the whole time , I felt like just giving up so many times , they treated me like I was lying about my injuries ect. Especially after the first kneck surgery. Because I was actually worse after that surgery Shawna was like a pit bull though she wasn't having any of it and fought with l@i to get me down to UW to see a good neurosurgeon it took about 2 yrs before l@i finally gave in though but I had a c7 fusion to start and surgery on my completey torn out rotator cuff . Oh yeah I had a unit of 20ft 2×6 dumped on. Top of me at the lumber mill after cutting off the bands I dropped one the indeed sits about 7 I a half feet high im 6.4 I dropped the band and bent down to pick it up and the guy running the chain had accidentally hit the reverse pedal instead of forward and as I was starting to stand back up I got a unit of 2×6 dumped on top of me . So I get to uw and get prepared for another surgery where he tells me who did your surgery I replied dr baker , he says omg well he did a terrible job the metal was crooked the screws were poking out the sides instead of straight in he says I might have to remove it . And re do c5 c6 c7 . Told him just fix me dr can't live with the pain anymore. So he does the surgery had to remove the metal and when he wakes me up he says that dr baker did a incomplete surgery now I'm 6.4 after the first surgery I was 6.2 ..... after the second surgery 6.4 again . He tells me if I hadn't got I.when I did I would've lost complete use of my left arm I stead I only lost they say 30% to me it feels more like 60%. And you think you would be able to sue a guy for doing a incomplete. Surgery on you and causing you more pIn than needed for life . But I couldn't find a lawyer to take the case . But Shawna and Kim were amazing and kept me grounded and I knew I was in the best of hands around. They wouldn't take no for a answer . So I highly recommend them. And always so very friendly.11.
