It is especially distressing because your actions or inaction without communication were at critical moments, given the situation's sensitivity. Some may have gained from your efforts, but others did not, and consistency is key in these situations. What makes this worse is that so much hope and trust was placed in your team, only to be disappointed. This is not only terrible but completely unfair to many people during this pandemic. A time when all hope was needed, yet only a few were catered for a term that is widely unfair. The lack of help during this time made the situation more difficult. I was referred to you by my fiance after I got hit by a car as I was crossing the road. I was skeptical at first. However, all my doubts were put to rest, their charges were clear all the time as they kept me updated on the progress of my case. What amazed me was the case took about some months yet it had taken longer than a year in a previous case. Lilly and Sydney answered all my questions at any time and they were beyond helpful. I just wish they were present on the day I was hit to get their contact details. I never got any calls or messages from the billing department when they took over the case. They even offered to get me a hospital that they could get me treatment. They listened to me and got a settlement that we all agreed with. From the top, you really have a good team, and the most amazing people to have on your side. 4. This is the first and last service I can recommend to anyone stuck in legal matters. They are way much ahead of the game with the legal knowledge and understanding they have. I trust them with my life as they really know what they are doing and they do good work when it comes to traffic or legal matters in Whatcom county. I also like the team because it has been compassionate and very understanding of the situation that I was in. I did not hire as per the reputation or anything but the facts on the ground. They are best based on past and present work and compassion. Keep up with the good work. 5. Most people never know that court systems are so complex and the lawyer is supposed to help you instead of making the process more complex. My experience with this form was so annoying and frustrating as I had to pay a color of 507USD to do most of the leg work myself. I was the one doing the follow-ups on the documentation I had submitted and their department. I was never made aware of such a requirement which was so surprising. What is even shitty is that you employ the name then offer yourself to any form this is very unethical since you have never known the attorney and he/she has no clue about your case. I have interacted with several people and all of them have a similar report, it is so frustrating that you are kept on different toes when you expect Ziad to be on your side. This is really not allowed and how they are escaping this every day is shocking. If I wanted an attorney, I would not consider this team or rather refer them to people because they have really lost the grip on what they were supposed to do. 6. Ziad and his team were so helpful to me. They helped me through my DUI charge. They did not only help me in reducing the charges but they also helped me get finances to facilitate the whole process. Ani and Liz helped me on the ground and they were the best in all of it. 7. I want to recommend the law office of Zaid to anyone who needs legal advice. The staff there were helpful to me through guiding me all the steps of my court process. I always contacted them easily and pleasantly and they always made me feel like I was working with my family. Zaid and Todd were very informative and there were great in explaining to me about the consequences and outcomes and they worked out to ensure that it was me who decided on the situation. This firm does not represent everyone who is looking for assistance and legal representation is of more concern. It is so unethical that a dear friend of mine was completely left out. This is very disappointing and should be malpractice. I don't know how Washingtonians work but here in the Golden State we do not leave our clients unattended. I am California-based attorney and I can only advice and warn you to do your research and make sure you are there for your representation any day. This is because at some point these firms will leave you in darkness and yet the case is far much from over. I am so much disappointed in Whatcom County's lawyers and therefore with the State Bar. This was so, based on what I have researched and confirmed about this so-called renowned firm in this region. I want to ask my friends to always have someone who will fight for you, fighting for you is the only option you have. Never forget that. 9. Elizabeth thank you just for keeping me sane through the storm, you were so calm and never gave up on me. And this is something that I will never forget. 10. I can't recommend this firm to anyone, the way I was handled was so unsatisfactorily and the output was also not good. 11. F**k! I love Ziad! 12. Beware, substandard at best. I can't even believe these reviews. These people are terrible and they just make you feel worse about the situation with all the regrets that come with it. 13. This was the best legal firm that I have ever dealt with. I got arrested and was charged with a DUI and after that, I was devastated. I wanted to get the best lawyer that will help me out and that’s the time when I got the best attorney Ziad. This was the best firm that I could be ever referred to by a friend and it did not disappoint me, they went ahead and helped me out with the best outcome. Ziad and his team helped me out even to get the best and affordable SR22, and the ADIS class, and interlock companies that really helped me out since I couldn't do the research on my own. I thought that it was impossible to get the best outcome in my case but the firm surprised me and that when I realized that this was the best firm I could ever hire. People were so surprised when I told them what I got for the DUI offense that I was charged with and the outcome was far much challenging for them. And these made me feel that I was really valued and made my life much easier than before. You significantly helped me to handle the two traffic violations that I had. I was always anxious and depressed as my records and evidence would not be strong enough to defend myself. But Ziad and his team worked on my case expeditiously, and all the outcomes were awesome and this gave me hope to face each and every day and I was always encouraged with the call from Elisabeth to confirm that I was aware of all the court proceedings. 15. I had personal issues that a friend helped me to get an attorney. The moment I got to the firm, I was welcomed with both hands. The staff are so welcoming and understanding. Ziad is a good man who is so understanding and relaxed. He did not only help me out with the trial but he also went ahead and helped me out with all the issues that I faced during the period.
