Client Review Summary: I got into an accident in September 2024 and retained this firm shortly after that. They made it sound easy at first, and it felt like I was in good hands. Now it's almost 2026, I've had to reach out several times for updates, and I've received nearly no meaningful updates on my case. Last time was in September. I've been passed from rep to rep, I've sent multiple emails, two recent, and have been left completely out of the loop. I waited two weeks after my last email before leaving this review to see if I would have any contact back. And as a client, I expected some transparency, responsiveness, and at least periodic checkins. Instead, I've felt ignored and sidelined. If you value communication and want to feel supported at all through a legal process, I would reconsider before choosing this firm. *UPDATED* After posting these concerns, I did get a call straight from Jason. When presented with the choices after my accident, my doctor advised that Murphy Law would have a more personal touch on its clients over some of the more corporate firms out there.
