Customer Reviews Summary: - Fraud This agency is a scam. You can see from other reviews, but I will say it again. They don't return phone calls or answer emails. I have been trying to contact them for the past YEAR. I have left many voicemails and sent emails, and I haven't gotten ONE response. I know Legal Aid nonprofits can get very busy, but this is ridiculous. I'm sure they are collecting paychecks, so...I guess I need to take this to the State Bar and Attorney General. I've already looked into the State Boards that oversee nonprofits. As an advocate for victims, I will go above and beyond to get the word out to everyone. People need help--but if you can't help--take the website down--or geez--just say you can't help. (1 star) - Thank you I have infinite words of thanks for my Kitsap Legal Services. At a very difficult time of losing our father, my family and I were struggling because we didn't know how to conduct probate process. Thanks to Legal Services, we found the help we sought. Attorney Eric McDonald and Attorney Chelsey were absolutely awesome. They speak Spanish, which was a great relief to us, and they guided us through the process with professionalism and kindness.
