Submissions:1. Tom was phenomenal. He walked me through a tense and rather public ordeal with the law. He’s smart, knowledgeable, and aggressive when it’s necessary. He’ll call you on your crap too, which is good because everyone can make mistakes. Tom only has his client’s best interests in mind. I hope to never need a criminal defense attorney again but if I did, I’d call Tom.2. Tom did an excellent job3. This guy has a no nonsense approach. I applaud Counselor Weaver, and his team. Michael hambleton.4. I was accused of a crime that could have sent me to prison for a while and a strike felony on my record. Mr. Weaver's office helped me get it reduced to a gross misdemeanor with minimal probation this morning with time served. I've been patient, and Mr. Weaver's office put in ethical hard work every step of the way, and that’s why. My hat is off to his company, I would recommend not anyone but EVERYONE who has been charged with a crime and would like a coach and a solid attorney when up against the judicial system. God bless, thank you Tom5. This man caused my Brother and his best friend 10 years of their lives, he brought up in court about an incident that the Judge told him not bring up. Because Tom’s incompetency, the Judge ruled a mis-trial and when the Jury was polled, they unanimously rendered a not guilty verdict! These 18 year old boys spent 10 years in jail. The Bremerton Sun even did a front page story of how he was responsible for these young boys to lose 10 years of their lives. His incompetence not only caused pain and suffering for my brother and his friend, he caused pain and suffering for our family. There is no way any of us can get those years back, I would never recommend this man and I would tell others to be aware of him. 6. Dont talk to anyone till u talk to Tom in kitsap he is the man. The one and only lawyer in Kitsap peninsula I know that gets the job done. But also his service to his customers is over the top. In my opinion is the best. When ur life is in your lawyer's hand make sure it's in the best hands possible Tom Weaver's. 9. Thomas Weaver is definitely the attorney for you if you’re looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, articulate and thorough! Thomas made us feel very comfortable and he was always honest with us from the beginning about our daughters case. As Thomas put it, “my job is to tell your story better than you” and he did just that and we can’t thank him enough for handling our daughters case and getting her the not guilty verdict she deserved. Thomas Weaver is definitely the attorney you want on your side! 10. Very friendly. Very helpful. 11. Thomas is one of the most competent attorneys I have come across. I have been into it of trouble in my life and had to deal with numerous attorneys and Tom is the best. He won't B S you! And he will either fight for you or get you the best deal he can. I had Tom on a federal case and ended up with the least amount of time I could have possibly got. Even after I was sentenced and released five years later I needed some paperwork and his secretary was kind enough to help me with what I needed. I wish I would have gotten her name for this review. She knows who she is and how awesome she is. 5 stars is an understatement for Tom and his office. If there was a 10 star review it still wouldn't be enough. Thank you so much! 12. The legal system in America is a joke. 13. He needs to be more "smart" about who he hires as paralegals. I won't go into detail.. But Mr. Weaver, if you ever read this; please contact me. 14.
