James Marston Review: Customer feedback summary: 1. Mr. Marston must retire and cease wasting clients' resources. He is WAY past his mind's functional age for intricate cases, notably appeals. $5000 of my money and time wasted for a case he could have told me initially that he couldn't see any reason for it to succeed on appeal. He said so only when I started questioning why his billing for 7-8 hours in three days to file a statement that would otherwise take an hour or less (30 minutes to read my 3-6 page statement and another 30 minutes to file), then all of a sudden he said he "could not see any success in my case," and that happened after a false hourly bill sent to me for 3 days including hours that he couldn’t ascertain to have spent on my case under "reviewing" a document's category. His answers to my questions were also tangential like someone who is on the edge of cognitive deficit. He may have been a good attorney in his younger years, but definitely not now. After Mr. Marston, I employed a very competent attorney from Spokane, who handled my entire case. Please retire Mr. Marston!2. I would definitely say hes worth all the stars.3. I left a message after hours with a question about services. James called back as soon as he could to let me know he didnt offer the services I was looking for. At the same time he offered me a referral of someone who could help me.4. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone in need a real divorce attorney that knows his stuff. Mr Marston is fair maybe too fair with prices compared to the other places that I went to they were only out to get my money.
