Customer Experience Highlights: As a homeowner, I recently had an experience that I feel can be helpful to share. This situation is what prompted me to write this. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Zachary McMurphy at CM Heating. Zach showed up at the end of the day after an earlier technician we had to the house fell pretty short. From the moment I met Zack, I knew we were working with a quality person. He took full ownership of the situation we were in and didn't take any shortcuts. When he wasn't satisfied with the work and materials, he made a trip to the store to get the specific supplies and redid the work to ensure it was done correctly and to a high standard. His level of integrity and pride in his work was rare and very much appreciated. Zach also took the time to patiently answer all my questions about the HVAC unit, which I was unfamiliar with as a new home owner, and then lit my fireplace after he finished his repairs. Having a warm home made me so happy, and that small gesture made a big difference. Zach’s knowledge about his job is amazing, and he was also very accountable, which made me feel more confident that the job was done right. Lastly, thank you to Mazen who helped and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommended! Also, I had to write this because this experience was exceptional. A decently large part of my family’s life—I mean, keeping us warm during the cold season—depend on these guys because I can't remember a time when they ever failed us. This time, we had a technician named Younis Abdel-Kader. At first, we weren’t very high on getting him because we thought any other technician could have done the job. But we were wrong. This guy accurately knew where the problem was, and he fixed it very fast and efficiently. His professionalism and technical skills are truly amazing. I just need to tell CM Heating that people like Younis significantly boosts their reputation. Thank you so much, Younis. You made us get through another cold season.
