Client Feedback Overview: 1. Steve Freeborn is absolutely great! No one outperforms him as a legal practitioner. He is prompt, meticulous, daring, and uses an approach that is efficient. We appreciate his support. 2. Good to work with. Proficient! 3. I have hired Stephen multiple times. Very reasonable prices, zero hidden charges, and he looks for alternatives other than the legal battles. Superb with HOA issues on either side I am representing as well as renter/landlord issues. 4. Not knowledgeable at all! 5. I was recommended to Steve Freeborn from an attorney in Kent. Was told he specializes in Commercial Tennant & Landlord Laws in Federal Way and does Steve knows his stuff. I saw the previous review before the 1 star and did further research as they reply and noticed they pretty much give everything a 1-star which is not right. So far, Steve has been honest and helpful. He knows the laws and we save more money than his fee because of his interpretation and knowledge of it. Will hire him, refer him also for other matters and future commercial law litigation. His rates are fair after a reasonable consultation charge. 6. This law office has one or maybe two lawyers not so cheap when asking for money but still an idiot. He seems to have lost a lot, therefore, judges don't even hear him thoroughly!
