I messaged them in December for advice, but I only sent the information after New Year. After 4 weeks with no feedback, I reminded them, and they said they had already decided not to take my case. Probably because they ignored my information for a month and I had an afternoon to draft my own appeal and just a message on the importance of timely communication.
