The staff @ GPS is second to none! I don't want to call out any one single person, but Chris Apurada has been above and beyond kind and understanding in help my wife and I when financial troubles arose. Cris was very responsive, professional, and helpful from the beginning, and the entire process was smooth and straightforward. One thing we especially appreciated was the self-guided tour. It gave our family the freedom and privacy to take our time looking around the house and getting a good feel for the property without feeling rushed. It was a very convenient and comfortable way to tour the home. Cris was also very understanding and flexible when we needed to adjust our move-in date. He worked with us to accommodate our preferred August 19 move-in date and kept us informed throughout the process. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the rental process much less stressful. We really appreciate Cris’s help and professionalism and are very happy with our experience with GPS Renting. Recently, I was looking at a home to tour and could not get in the door. Thanks to Randyat GPS, he was a live voice on the other end of the phone that guided me through the process. Even though his immediate troubleshooting did not work, he quickly got answers and was with me the whole time. He has a terrific personality and was fun to joke with even when things were not going as planned. If it were not for him we would not have been able to see a beautiful home and apply for what we hope is to be our future long term home to fill with memories! That’s okay, I will always come back, just like the mold in 5815 Glenwood Ave, Everett, WA. Do not rent from GPS if you value your health or sanity. I had to live like this for MONTHS. They treat their tenants like pests. Nick He (the owner) knows his team hires unlicensed contractors to do work they aren’t allowed to do. All these homeowners singing their praises have no idea the scheme they’re in, or worse, they’re in on it too. Beware! Living in this house was the worst two years of my life.VV ⭐ GPS Renting Review: The team at GPS Renting is very professional, organized, and easy to communicate with.
