I was very pleased with the services provided by Sierra during my Ciudad Juárez interview; everything was in order and easy to find, and she made sure everything was correct. Carolina was also very attentive whenever I called to make a payment or ask questions. Great service. Thank you.2. AVOID THIS FIRM! In October 2023 Hoxie was formally reprimanded by the Washington State Bar. Had I know the past behavior, I never would have hired them. $5,000 to absolutely do nothing, staff are incompetent in communication. Over billing, poor communication, negligence, and documents filed late to the courts. First attorney that took my case left the firm with no communication, until I called 2.5 months later to request a case update. Instead of returning my money for negligence they forwarded my case to Hoxie, who also couldn’t even communicate or do what he was being paid for. 2024-2025 nothing was completed for this case, besides headaches and unprofessionalism. DO NOT HIRE THEM!3. I rarely give negative reviews, I believe everyone can have a bad day but at the end of that day, how you treat people, especially those looking to you for help in the field you chose shows your true colors. These people are supposed to help vulnerable people navigate through confusing legal matters but they cannot be trusted. I got matched with Christopher Hoxie through my legal insurance, I called several times spanning through weeks, I never received a call back but did end up getting an answer to one of my many calls, they set me up with an appointment over the phone with him, on that day I waited twenty minutes and called them instead, they put me through with Lori because Chris was out of the office during our scheduled meeting, she was very helpful and insightful but unfortunately not covered by my insurance.
