He definitely put me at ease in what was a very difficult situation I can only describe my experience with Tyler as Outstanding Dylan Jones was recommended to me by my coworker. I was involved in an auto accident Aug 2022, it was a challenging case since I had a FL auto insurance. Dylan helped me every steps of the way for last 6 months. Thanks a lot y’all Tyler Roberts was recommended to me about seven months after I was injured in an auto accident and I was struggling to deal with all the overwhelming challenges and pressures from the insurance companies, while simultaneously being injured and trying to recover. I had never considered that I might need an attorney and I was apprehensive about it. From the moment I contacted him though, Tyler was very responsive, kind, sympathetic, and he took the time necessary to explain things clearly and answer all my questions. And, he maintained that same level of care throughout the entire two-year time frame that it took to settle my case. My case had multiple complications and roadblocks which delayed settlement and Tyler was wonderful about keeping me informed and explaining everything at each step.
