Iddins Law Group, PS Customer review analysis: Iddins Law Group did an excellent job for us with our wills, DPOAs, etc. Their experience addressed issues and produced a set of products that appeared more complete and robust than what we had received from other firms in the past. Their friendly, helpful folks make the process very pleasant. We will recommend Iddins to our friends. Professional, courteous, empathetic. Iddins Law Group's Brittany Stockton was all of those. I am happy to recommend her and the Iddins Group. They were conscientious and helpful with their direction and advice in drafting our wills. No question, I would seek their help again. First, I want to acknowledge that Iddins Law Group provides professional legal services, and their staff are friendly and pleasant to work with. However, my experience with their consultation process was disappointing and lacked transparency. I left a one-star review due to my experience with the consultation process. While comparing rates among several law firms for drafting a will and revocable living trust, this was the only firm that charged a consultation fee. Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. There was no prominent disclosure of the fee during scheduling, nor was a credit card deposit required, which would have made the charge more transparent. I was billed $250 for a 1.5-hour consultation. Additionally, the booking did not clearly indicate that the meeting was in person, which led to confusion and required me to call the office after the scheduled time. During my conversation with the representative, the consultation fee was not mentioned either before or after the meeting. I found this lack of transparency concerning, especially since the consultation fee is applied toward services only if you move forward with the firm. For those who are still comparing options, this can be an unexpected expense. For reference, I obtained quotes from five other law firms, and Iddins Law Group’s pricing was the highest among them. I strongly encourage prospective clients to clarify consultation fees and overall costs before scheduling. Clear communication around pricing is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, that was not met here. I hope the firm will consider making its consultation policies more clearly stated upfront to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Attorney Brittany Stockton was a tremendous help to my mother and our family. She handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. She kept us informed throughout the process, explained things clearly, and made a potentially stressful situation feel much more manageable. What truly stood out was that she continued to go above and beyond in helping and guiding us even after her formal representation had ended. That level of dedication and kindness meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend her and her firm to anyone in need of trustworthy and compassionate legal representation. I was referred to Iddins by a family member. We had a wonderful experience last summer having our trust, directives, and other documents prepared by Iddins. They took the time to really dive deep into questions to make sure our last wishes and planning can be followed by the trustees/executors— including making sure any pets that survive us will be taken care of. I’m having them do some follow up work as well in the near future, as their quote for the add on services came back at a reasonable rate. I had Iddins Law Group assist me with creating a Revocable Living Trust, and I was very pleased with the process. Their prices seemed reasonable, and I enjoyed working with Christian and Peter.
