The UPS Store staff were friendly and helpful, despite the hectic traffic. Mckenzie needs more customer service skill, had an attitude after asking if she could add the unit # of the mail I was shipping, she said no; the system wouldn't let her. So, I didn't want to take any risk or delay my mail, so I went to a Fedex 5mins from there, and they were able to do with no problem. The people that work there have always been helpful and friendly, and this is the one I use all the time and never had an issue. I'm 78, and I got excellent service from Lauren. she was very patient with me because I'm so naive on this type of stuff. Katie did a great job packaging my artwork for shipment! Very helpful and cheerful! Komal was very much helpful. I called here to make sure a notary would be available before I drove out. I could not get a person on the phone, but got a recording that said a notary was available at that location until 6:30 pm. I arrived at 3:30 and was told there would not be one until 4:30. They suggested I call before I show up, which I had already done. Thankfully when I called the other location in the Kent area, the notary actually answered their phone and assured me she would be there when I arrived, and I was able to get my business done. Mackenzie made my experience at UPS smooth and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about helping people. Lauren helped me today with notarizing and then shipping very important documents. She answered all my questions professionally. Do not get anything color printed here. It will be dull, and they will charge you even if you don't want it because the quality it bad. She said "thats just the way it prints". Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way. What stood out most was how genuine and friendly she was. Mackenzie is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation while she helped me. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and honestly she’d probably be the main reason I’d come back to this UPS store. Mackenzie provided excellent customer service at UPS. They were friendly, professional, and made the shipping process quick and easy. Mackenzie was a huge help getting my ring returned safely! Very fast and polite. Walked me through the steps to an easy return. The are wonderful people at this location
