Summary of Customer Reviews: I have always been amazing. I literally tell everyone I know who needs a lawyer to go to this office. Great people and would be beneficial if you need their help. Steve Lingenbrink and his staff exemplify what legal advocacy should be about. They are caring, attentive and conscientious. Steve is real, down to earth and a tireless worker. You can do no better than this crew, trust me. Stephen represented me in an auto accident, so when our Autistic daughter was VICOUSLY assaulted at Roxbury Elementary School by a student named Alex we asjed Mr. Lingenbrink to represent us against the school district which he accepted. He never told us he'd done work for them. The sub teacher who witnessed the assault had a statement as well as her bus driver who stated she came on the bus unscathed in the a.m. but came on the bus after school bloody & bruised. Then after hiring Stephen he dragged & dragged it out saying he was workings on the case. Then all of the sudden the Seattle School District retracted that it happened, the sub teacher got reassigned & his statement mysteriously disappeared as well as the bus drivers! Then CPS turns it all around on us trying to say we had assaulted her before she came on the bus!!?? So CPS finally declares it neutral that they didn't know who had assaulted her even with multiple witness statements stating it was the school's negligence. Then Stephen decides not to take the case!! So I do some searching & low & behold found Mr. Lingenbrink was very involved with the district. I believe wholeheartedly to this day that he conspired with the district, dragged us on and on so we couldn't sue. I wouldn't doubt for a minute he got paid off somehow. 15 years later our daughter is still permanently affected & has actual scars by the assault & zero trust in Seattle schools & we all view CPS as necessary but heavily corrupt. The Seattle School district literally covered up their complicity in the assault to not get sued, and protecting themselves permanently scarred a child for life. Thanks Steve, I hope karma catches up to you one day, what you did was pure evil. Some close friends received some losses and small from being run off the freeway. They are older and didn't know what to do as there other parties insurance was making an offer to settle. I have known Steve Lingenbrink for years and recommended they just go talk to him. After my friends came back from Steve they were very happy and satisfied with his advise and treatment. They received a much better and fair settlement that speed up there recovery. I would recommend Steve again if anyone I know is hurt or in an accident. Nicest Attorney in Kirkland.
