You had helped me before and thanks for your help in my DUI case with that dropped it off to Reckeless, which is pretty much a wet DUI but it could be more bad Just letting anyone know out there that has just got a DUI or similar charge and is overwhelmed with concern and losing sleep over what might happen that your first step should be to contact Nate Webb. I'm a real person that was not put up o asked to write this review but doing so purely to help out someone that is in the shoes I was cause I know what the feeling is like. With 2 prior DUI's , I was facing a 3rd charge of Physical control which would have the same consequences if convicted of a 3rd DUI, with previous experience of how the system works and let downs from public defenders and rookie private attorneys I understood what the ramifications of a 3rd convention would be, So I chose to pay for Nate as a private attorney and fight my charge. I can attest that Nate and his assistance were there for me at every point of the case, I was not from the Seattle area and Nate made it possible so he would attend all my pre trial hearings and I did not have to make the 4 hour drive except for once. After a few attempts from the prosecutor for a plea bargain which I was advices to no take we went all the way to trail, this was scary for me as a 3rd convention would have hefty consequences, but I had faith in Nate and what he was telling me. On the day of the trail, the prosecutor dismissed the case with prejudice. This was a huge victory for me and a big weight off my shoulders. You want an attorney that will go to batt for you and not take the easy way out , or take a plea just because it will be less work for them, you need someone that knows his stuff and willing to press the prosecutor to prove it. Nate did what was right and not what was easy in my case, which I was extremely grateful of as I have had attorneys in the passed where I was just a number to and they needed to get done with my case as soon as possible so they could get to the next, not so with Nate Webb and his assistant Nicolas. Extremely ahead of the game and makes sure that you get everything that the prosecutor may ask you to do some before they even ask you to do it. Mr. Webb had me complete classes, volunteer hours, and evaluations all before I even went to court. Once we finally made it to court, the prosecutor didn’t even have to ask me to do anything because Mr. Webb had already had me do all the important things to help my case. I was not familiar with attorneys in Washington State, so whomever may be reading this review I wanted to make sure I would select an Attorney who was not only competent and well versed in law but also someone with whom I felt I could trust to represent me to the best of his abilities. Fortunately after reading several reviews and a conversation with several different law firms I selected Mr. Nathan Webb, Webb Law Firm. It was a sound decision as not only was I found NOT GUILTY for DUI but Mr. Webb also beat the charges by the DOL. To you the reader many details could be written but what was important, Mr. Webb was always willing to discuss my concerns and always responded to my questions. I am no expert to the law and the court process. I was able to recall details about the arrest but not aware as to what would be relevant. Mr. Webb would inform me as to what the court would consider important and what details would be considered irrelevant. The trial went almost exactly as he had prepared me to expect. The process is long from start to finish but Nathan Webb went the distance. Mr Webb also made it affordable with payments. The entire process went as smoothly as possible when you are in this situation. If you are in Washington Sate this is the lawyer you want representing you. I highly recommend him. Nate Webb did an outstanding job with his representation. After calling 20 different defense attorneys that said I had no chance I called Webb Law Firm. Mr. Webb was more confident and was more knowledgeable of DUI/Physical control laws than any other attorney I talked to so I knew I had the right attorney. With the severe consequences of a DUI/Physical control the best attorney is needed and Nate Webb is that attorney. I am pleased with the outcome of the case. I was involved in auto collision, and the insurance of the party that rear-ended me offered to settle for a paltry sum, which was less than my medical bills. Many attorneys whom I tried to hire told me that my case was too small for them and that I was on my own, but Webb Law Firm happily accepted me. It took a few month, but eventually Mr. Webb was able to reach a considerably larger settlement, including fully covering the medical bills. The entire process was very smooth and straightforward; Mr. Webb regularly kept me in the loop about the negotiation process. I feel like the final settlement was just; and I'm glad that I hired Webb Law Firm. Hired these guys several years ago in 2014 for my first and only DUI that happened in Bellevue. Police had no dash cam footage, lacked probable cause to pull me over in the first place but somehow they completely lost my case. Not sure if it's cause of inexperience on who was assigned to me (Denis Globa) but I wasn't happy. I ended up paying more in court fines and punishment than my friend who had a lousy public defender. (DUI, $4,000 in fines, license suspended, and 15 days electronic home monitoring) I don't recommend them at all. Edit: Of course you dispute the validity, I would too if it wasn't glowing. However your firm was not effective in even making a reasonable deal for a first time offense. Denis discouraged me from jury trial under your direction, and I was made by the court to pay more in fines than a few of my other friends. Discussing my case with you now won't change anything, but other potential clients should be warned that they may have better results from a public defender. Nate Webb is your best defense in the court room. His knowledge of DUI representation covers all bases of the legal system. From analyzing on scene audio/video recordings and breathalyzer results he will be able to find any mistakes that were made by law enforcement officers. You can also trust in Nate's negotiation skills with prosecutors to get you the fairest deal possible, so you can get out of the system and back to your normal life. My worst life experience was the night I was stopped for and charged with a DUI and Reckless Endangerment. As a medical professional, I knew this would be the end of my career and mean nothing but shame and hardship for my family. From the get go, Denis did what he does best and reassured me I was not the monster I felt I had to be to have let this happen. He honestly and sympathetically walked me through best and worst case scenarios, providing me with realistic expectations and settling my anxiety. Throughout the entire process Denis was available: a confident guide and presence in the courtroom, an email or phone call away to offer reminders or make suggestions to work toward a better outcome. He offered excellent resources to complete the court mandated assessment and classes. In the end Denis blew my expectations out of the water! My DUI and reckless endangerment were reduced to a Negligent Driving in the first degree and attempt at Reckless Endangerment with no jail time and no license suspension. Webb law's extra effort on the civil side of the matter prevented me from and license suspension by winning the DOL hearing. These changes saved my professional licensure from board scrutiny and guarded me from losing my provider status with several insurances. In addition to his already overwhelming duties negotiating the case with a tough but fair prosecutor, Denis called my professional licensure board and several professional license defense attorneys to make sure I had the resources I needed to protect my livelihood and family from my awful mistake in case the worst happened. You must hire this attorney if you want the best possible defense for your money. He will work tirelessly for you and was true to his first words when we began, "I got into this profession to help people."
