His communication was incredibly poor—he consistently failed to explain things in a way that I could understand, leaving me confused and unsupported during a critical time. Instead of feeling guided, I often felt judged and even attacked by the way he spoke to me. Beyond the communication issues, Adam mishandled my case in alarming ways. Motions were filed improperly, which ultimately harmed my position and delayed progress. It became apparent that there was no real advocacy happening on my behalf—just a drain on my resources. Thankfully, after switching to a lawyer who genuinely fought for my case, we were able to make meaningful progress and reach a resolution. The contrast was stark. I regret the time and money spent with Adam Strand and would advise others to seek representation elsewhere. Thanks for y'alls help Peter and his team are both friendly and professional. Edward Moore really let my friend down. This was the first time my friend had ever gotten involved in a lawsuit, but boy did she get involved. She provided every scrap of information Adam requested for their case in Superior Court. The trial was scheduled months in advance but it appears Adam waited until the week before to prep. That's when he started asking questions he should have asked months ago. He failed to answer our status inquires or communicate his needs to my friend no matter how many times she tried to contact him over several months. My friend was deposed but Adam decided to not depose the opposition. It appears he just ran out of time. When he showed up in court he was unprepared, and didn't even challenge the opposition's absolutely outlandish statements, or asked them any of the questions that he had discussed with her ahead of time. My friend compiled a library of over 100 videos and provided them to Adam. He didn't show any of them, and when my friend asked him why, he said he "forgot". He also forgot to ask key questions that would have changed the outcome. Obviously we lost the case. And of course, months after this comment, no response from the company. I'm sure they will pitch a fit if their payment is delayed. A few years back, I had Bruce and his team work with me on several contract/lease issues (in the Snohomish area) for our church there. I have since moved down to SW Washington. I did not hesitate to reach out to Bruce regarding contract negotiations (with Verizon) on possible cell tower lease options on our current church’s property. His experience has helped tremendously even though I am no longer “local”. I have always felt that he has the client’s best interest in mind. Awful probate firm. Drags on forever. Should have closed months ago, but they don't seem to do anything... like normal filings unless you stay on top of them and then they charge you for the phone call.
