Looked like everything was good until he said he could move only if we switched to Chapter 13 because he would make more. Classic “bait and switch” deal. He never did much analysis on my case to give the best advice especially with the impending lawsuit. I later managed to do my work and compel arbitration leading to dismissal of the lawsuit. Why didn’t he consider this option? He didn’t even have the guts to acknowledge my success without him. Even though his initial rate is among the lowest, I can’t recommend him. Doing it alone paid off more and far much better than continuing with his advice. In the end, I never needed to file any bankruptcy.
