Like finding that pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!  Ms. Proujan is the third attorney I had worked with after moving to this area.  The first...well, if he came to me for advice I would have suggested he enjoy a bit of retirement before he died...which I thought he was capable of doing on every visit. The second, while younger and not appearing to be at death's door, was a mixture of personality traits that give me the hives...arrogant, condescending, the displaying of his extra-large ego...and, wearing a stained neck tie and not polishing his shoes apparently was okie-dokie with him. Then, out of sheer desperation I began to search the internet...again.  I took a chance with Ms. Proujan.  There it was...that pot 'o' gold, that ray of sunshine. Ms. Proujan is, as another reviewer commented, "Laid back."  She comes across as a person who is confident in their profession, knows the law, and interested in you...her client.  She also has a sense of humor, and being the person I am...I love to joke and laugh, I felt comfortable with her. The trusts she prepares are legal documents and presented as such...clean, straight forward, concise.  Not like some "Trust mills" whose (prepared) trusts resemble children's coloring books...big binders with lots of colorful pages...and lots of confusing and needless "stuff." She redid my trust, explained "Every" detail...and had no problem with my asking her "can we go over _____ again?" When someone asks for an attorney for trusts, I have no problem recommending Ms. Proujan.  Her work is beyond excellent and her fees are fair. 6. Amanda displayed the best of all worlds: laid back, knowledgeable, and professional. She handled my basic estate documents (power of attorney, will, and Healthcare Directive) efficiently and skillfully. It’s clear that she has been doing this kind of work for a long time and she knows her stuff. I was extremely happy and very fortunate to find her. Highly recommend! 7.
