Feedback about client experience: Fieldmen and Lee was representing me in a case where they had to withdraw from representing me. The attorney they assigned to me is David Lee, who is unworthy of his status. He flat out lied to me on multiple occasions and when he got caught he wanted to resign from the case. Judge Gillings would not let him because someone had to represent me, so he was stuck with me. I have been to court with David Lee several times, and what has he done for me? He has asked over 40 times to withdraw and even tried to set up an in camera meeting without me, the defendant present with the judge and the prosecutor. I found out this was a violation of the rules, but I am not sure if the judge realized this. This is a complete violation of my rights if they did! The prosecutor, Robert Dunphy, used to be a lawyer in David Lee's law firm in Maysville. Therefore, it is not surprising that I am not getting a fair trial. Judge Gillins threatens to "hammer" defendants who want to represent themselves. This is sinful. But it does not stop at them, Mayor Reser and the Maysville City Council think they are gods that are untouchable. That is why we need term limits for all elected positions, including judges. 2. Feldmen and Lee were serving as my public defenders. ALL MY THANKS IS TO AMBER BRADLEY!!! I am honestly unsure of who I was assigned to before her, and while I am hopeful that they did put some effort into my case, frankly the communication was lacking and often the only way to get any kind of response was to visit the office. I was transferred over to Amber and with 3/4 months everything was squared everything and my life felt like it was off of pause. It was incredible honestly and I an so, so grateful. She is truly a excellent lawyer, in my humble opinion, and I will forever be grateful to her for the professionalism and efficiency of her efforts. I am unsure of how I could ever repay her, and I will hold a lifetime of gratitude towards her.5. I worked with Brandon Feldman on my personal injury case, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Every update I could’ve imagined (even with the bad) was provided to me consistently and if I ever had any questions, someone was always available to assist me. The end result was about as ideal as I could’ve imagined, and this is all due to the thoughtfulness and care that Brandon put towards my case. Making sacrifices isn’t ideal, but when someone else takes the brunt of that pain for you, it can only be described as a true act of selflessness. I feel comfortable knowing if any of my family or friends find themselves in a similar situation, I can trust that referring them to the hands of Feldman & Lee is the best choice. I couldn’t thank you enough!
