It felt like I was being lectured, he was very aggressive from the start, and his first question was my nationality. I felt very uncomfortable and was not very confident with this law firm. Communication did improve quite a bit in time, he also got better to talk to as time went by. However, that being my first time talking to him was a discouraging experience. I also had a phone conversation with Katherine Chrostowska, and the way she downplayed my job/work duties was belittling. I felt like she was undermining me all along, and my job is part of me. When I first open up to her about my job, she was very concerned and caring and listened to me explaining it to her. Then her tone changed, and she started making it seem like I was talking about nothing. It is like she was purpose making it seem like I was lying about my job and the problems I have been facing. Approximately 2 years ago, I was struggling with sever anxiety, PTS and depression. The interaction I had back then was unprofessional and insensitive. I hope that this was just a mistake and it’s not how the law firm conducted their services. My hope is that no one else is treated that way.
