I have worked with her for 9 years and she represented me after a very intense, high-conflict divorce. She is an advocate for her clients providing sound legal counsel. If you are willing to listen, she will tell you if your expectations are reasonable or not. Some attorneys encourage their clients’ fighting and bickering to drive up the fees but this is NOT a tactic Linda uses. She is professional (best poker face ever) with a shrewd judge of character and able to accurately see how situations will play out in the courtroom. My ex did not like the outcome of the divorce and relentlessly sought legal counsel. Even though I was angry, Linda helped me keep my head on straight and defended many lawsuits in succession with positive results. Linda Passey is a fair, honest and professional attorney.
