As an owner of an ADU in Portland, we have just about lost complete faith in contractors as a group. Japheth showed up on time (the first time!), gave us a price range for our roof leak that same day, then scheduled and completed the work within a week. We had a great experience with communication and the final product. We have plans for him to re-roof our ADU and remodel our upstairs bathroom. Extremely professional. Totally recommend! Japheth was great at accommodating my needs in a timely fashion. One of the things that tend to lack in the industry, but is much appreciated is high levels of communication. I understand challenges happen, that's life, but its great when your contractor is understanding and communicates well with what is happening at all times. To whom it may concern, We hired RichCo LLC to install a storm door for our home because we trust that Japheth and his team are good people, and good people usually do good work. The process of selecting and approving the storm door purchase & install was handled with great communication and customer service. I'm leaving this review to say that I want to hire him again and that the next project I gas is this contractor. Very happy with our experience with this contracting group. Working with Japheth was easy, clear, efficient, and honest. And we love our storm door!!! Left this review for more work! He& his team were on time and got to work right away. They were meticulous throughout the whole day and ensured that they left the worksite clean by the time they left. And at a reasonable price for such quality. Very satisfied with their work.
