Suni Update as of 08/16/21 My case resolved for maximum comp possible for the least amount of time invested. One year from first contact to comp check cleared in bank account. I was always kept up to speed on the workings and options for risk vs reward always made clear to me. During the proceedings when it came time for my inputs for info utilized or decision making I was always consulted, had time to work through the info, and had my questions fully answered so I had full confidence through every step and knew that whichever route I went for my attorney would back me completely. Once a resolution is reached by both sides I was given a itemized breakdown of all the costs and was offered the majority of the award monies. The check arrived on time and cleared without issue, now that I can move on I must digress. My first post when I came to this law firm I was inexperienced with our legal system and only managed to take a few pictures at the scene of my accident and was convinced I was fully in the right but lack the know how or connections to make every one whole. Once I started working with this law firm things started getting done. On the first consultation voice call I got to think about and describe the incident in full detail and making sense of the trauma and healing indirectly. I was given a time line, breakdown of steps and each of their purpose. I never had to call once but was cordially notified of each mile stone. When it came time for me to do my deposition statement my attorney gave me rehearsal sessions to make sure I can properly submit my information.
