I want to clear that I only contracted an attorney because the Chiropractor’s office needed one for motor vehicle accident claims. From my first visit, you were very sure that it would be good to work with you. But all that was a lie... I did everything during this process. Your people told me that having an attorney would make everything easier and I would have less to do which was a lie. I had to press USAA to redo my car’s valuation three times due to mistakes they kept doing. You promised me that your team would help me regain my vehicle faster than the medical part and it took five months, I saw my car at a local garage and one day I saw it being towed to a junkyard and that marked the end of it no one even called me to notify me of the change. It took five months to get my car back this time around I had to go there and demand it several times to see if I could repossess it. (and that was denied). After waiting and until it was confirmed they had done everything in another state. I was communicating with one person from your firm they seemed to be bothered or didn’t want to help me that much. One day he stopped and even refused to respond to my calls and emails and another person was introduced to me without any notice to me that is irresponsible from your end. this person never finished my request and disappeared without finishing the whole task and another person generated complaints to me that I thought I had done but he suggested I hadn't even to the end he didn't finish off the process in a good way and he saw a complaint about that and disappeared. I was not sure if I was speaking to the right people every time I made communication with the support team of you guys.11. Just trying to get in touch with someone from the capital injury team regarding my car's diminished value claim and not getting a response to my calls and texts. I have tried to contact them several times over the past month but they have not replied and this isn't good. Hopefully, they answer me so that i can get some money back in the negotiation process.12. I would like to say that there was a fast and painless resolution had from the hell of "Capital Injury Law". Unfortunately it has been 2 years with little to no communication and vague at best answers as to what the progress had been on our case. I was referred to Capital Injury Law by a friend who had previously worked with them after his accident and the way they communicated and did everything with clarity, timelines, procedures, etc. He assured me of the fast resolution in my case as he handled everything that was needed. Had challenges when they changed the personnel handling my case but everything was completed without any problem to the end. Was confused a bit when the final results were better than their predictions as they had said that a lot of time to be taken to reach the final results and was surprised that it took less time due to their efforts to ensure they didn't settle with anything less than their expectation. The result of my case is better than expected because I can see what the amount I have received is great and it will help me to pay my bills.
