Carr Law Customer Feedback Snapshot: The Law Offices of Harold Carr team spent countless hours on my case. I can't thank them enough for all the time and energy they put in. The stress they alleviated is immeasurable, and I genuinely appreciate all the hard work they've done. My personal injury case went better than I ever expected. Tabbatha Denning and Esther were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were always informative, compassionate, and looking out for my best interests, from the first consultation to the case close. I was never in the dark about what was going on. Communication was easy too. When I ever need representation again, and I hope I don't, I would certainly call Harold Carr's office to work with Tabbatha again. I had a disappointing experience with Carr Law. My case was not handled with the expertise and care I anticipated due to their advertising as specialists in automotive accident cases. There were various issues, especially surrounding communication. Calls and emails were often ignored, and I couldn't get a clear understanding of what was occurring during my case. I felt like a mere file number rather than a person in need of help. Everything seemed rushed, and I had to repeat essential information multiple times. No one provided proactive guidance about the process, and I was left to wonder on my own, which made me feel more stressed and uninformed. I expected much more professionalism and client attention from a firm with this reputation. They have a lot of work to do to provide attentive and responsive representation to someone involved in an auto accident, like myself. The customer service I received during my case was absolutely abysmal when I could not give this firm a rating lower than 0/10. I felt that they were treating me like a number and not taking my needs into account. Their goal seemed to get enough money from my settlement, and this was personally frustrating. The support staff, if you can really call them that, was also an issue. I would be surprised if most of them knew more about law and statutes than I did. My experience may be different for others, especially since I know they have an extremely high turnover rate when hiring new staff. Each time I called, a new person would pick up the phone, and when I asked them to update me, they knew nothing about my case to answer my questions. I don't recommend this firm in any way, shape, or form. The money they take from your settlement could be used for something more meaningful. The law offices of Harold D. Carr were highly disappointing during my ongoing auto accident case. Throughout the process, I interacted with multiple staff members, including Rosie, Adam, Dawn Lenn, and Bathany Joy Chablis Kaina. However, despite the large number of people involved in my case and at the law office, it was consistently challenging to get updates or answers to my concerns. Communication from the office was irregular and often delayed. This was challenging because I was left in the dark about my claim and what the expected outcomes were. I always tried to reach out to them. This made me feel unappreciated and stressed, which negatively affected my health. Although the case was closed eventually, I felt that the team was hurriedly trying to wrap it up. The settlement was less than desired, and I felt that I deserved more from them. It was quite frustrating as there was no clarity. I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience. The whole process was stressful, and the team didn't provide any clarity or rationale for their actions. They should reevaluate their communication, organization, and approach to client care since I would not recommend this office to anyone at this point. I would not give them even one star because I don't believe they helped me. I was in a severe auto accident two years ago and didn't know what steps to take next. Harold Carr's office was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad I reached out. My attorney, Mr. Mango, and the rest of the staff guiding me through the process were the best. I will always be thankful.
