They have been a huge stress relief when it comes to me worrying about my L&I claim. They are professional and kind. I am not sure what Mr. Garrett, experienced. He certainly has the right to his opinion, but I want to say, I dealt with Attorney, Stephen Henderson, and more often with Senior Paralegal, Lori Zander, and never received anything but responsive, caring, considerate and professional treatment. In fact, I believe they both went above and beyond to assist me with settling my husband's estate and then helping me with my estate planning. I would HIGHLY recommend them both! (that is my grandson) I had a very unpleasant, unprofessional, and upsetting experience with Henderson Law Group's paralegal Lori Zander. I contacted Henderson Law Group because I am seeking to find local legal help for assistance with closing a family member's estate and creating a will for myself. Lori Zander returned my call promptly, but was quite rude and belittling when it turned out I was confused whether or not the estate had gone to probate, seemed to find it suspicious that I was seeking a new law firm in Olympia rather than continuing to work with a high-priced attorney in Seattle even after I explained I had relocated to Thurston County, and in general spoke to me with a tone of superiority and disdain. Apologies that I am not as fluent in the law and legal terms as you, Lori, but that's why I'm seeking assistance! I thanked Lori for all of her "help" and was relieved that she seemed to forget that I was also seeking to create a will. No need to discuss any other legal needs with Henderson Law Group after this unpleasant experience! I'll continue seeking local lawyers who don't treat their potential clients with plain condescension. Two stars only because the receptionist I spoke with was friendly and professional, and Lori Zander did return my call promptly. I highly recommend Simon Stocker of Henderson Law Group.
