All - judge, bailiff, County Clerk, court staff, law enforcement officer, state prosecutor - were exemplary, none more so than Justin Kover, defense lawyer. Honestly stated, my "abiding belief" is the defendant was well-served by defense counsel, Mr. Kover, whose legal arguments created reasonable doubt regarding the state case before us. I came away from this experience with a new-found respect for american rule of law, and ask all citizens to reconsider a prevailing attitude too often found, that of trying to avoid jury service. 6.
