I am leaving this review on behalf of person (firefighter) close to me who wishes to remain anonymous. I listened the phone call consultation personally on speaker phone that they had with a lawyer from this firm and I was absolutely shocked and disgusted with the lack of empathy and professionalism demonstrated by the lawyer on the other end of the phone representing this firm. It’s absolutely clear to me that there is no other motivation here other than to make money off of the pain and suffering of our first responders, as opposed to ethically doing what is right and doing what ever it takes to help them with their respective cases. After a short conversation, when the lawyer realized that their potential client’s case was complex, and might require some actual work, they were quick to dismiss the case and refused to help this fire fighter who is in serious need of legal assistance. What a shame, and blatant disrespect for 20+ year public servant who is need of legal assistance. In my opinion, and at the very least the individual lawyer involved, is morally and ethically unfit to serve in this capacity.4. I would give zero starts if I could. If you’re a first responder that has complex ptsd from on the job after 20 years of service do not call here. It will just make your ptsd worse.
