At my first court hearing he neglected to even call me to let me know that it was rescheduled at my second court hearing he neglected to call and inform me that it was rescheduled both times I was waiting outside the courthouse not once did Jason communicate with me except for when I threatened to show up at his house while there is no evidence to back up the officers claim I was given a deal that would have my tickets taken away completely if all I did was get my driver's license back he informed me of this while I was trying to pay the reinstatement fee after I gave up trying to go to court about my tickets so after I had already reinstated my license that's when he came to me with a deal although Court was rescheduled I received paperwork the day after court that it was rescheduled never received a phone call or an email or anything he lied to the judge stating that we were in communication and we weren't I got my ticket in January I had to fire him in May after he refunded half the fund the finances after the first court date I honestly wouldn't recommend this person to anyone cuz it doesn't seem like he wants to do his job even when he's paid but at the same time he has no qualms about refunding the money especially when his office isn't doing anything so if you want to pay $400 for a traffic ticket so that way it could be pushed out 6 months after you got it then by all means8. Jason and his team were very polite with walking me through the legal process, explained things very well, and reassured me when I needed it.9. falsely accused of traffic violation in fender bender. I did all the ground work for investigation. Took over 16 months to get it settled, NOT once did they get ahold of me for progress on case, when I would call it would take forever on hold . I finally had to contact the thurston county court to find out case was dismissed with? ot without prejudice? over 5 months prior to the call. NO customer service! UPDATE! 3 years after review they respond to this review, timely!!!!!!! JUst like how they handled my case! NOT!10. Jason and all team members are working great. I have no words to describe there qualities. they are punctual, no need to call and mail again and again. you need only one call or mail, they reply quickly. and people who has no proper command on English they are also helpful for them. so without hesitation call to Mr Jason. and solve your problem. thanks Jason.11.
