Ellerd, Hultgrenn & Dahlhauser LLP Client Review Summary Positive Feedback 1. Google showed your office was open, but when I called at noon, it said closed. I have an urgent call that needs to be handled today January 6th 2. Hired Allyson Dahlhauser and Brian Hultgrenn. Allyson did good work in the court room but would only go after what she was comfortable with. There were times she'd assure me she was going to at least ask my ex cover attorney's fees, that never came to fruition in the actual court room, even when it was my ex wasting the court's time. Had issues with not receiving my share of final copies signed by the court while receiving outlandish bills for these services. When I made her aware I was frustrated with the mismanagement of my case to the extent I had to fix work myself and didn't feel it was right billing me for such, she didn't give any effort to try and rectify the situation. Simply letting me know she was "waiving the balance but did not agree with it" and to find a new lawyer. I mentioned hiring Brian Hultgrenn, 10/10 do not recommend. Hired him to clear up some "pending" charges that never went anywhere and the guy constantly made me feel like a nuisance. He doesn't know empathy to the extent that after 10 months of paying him and getting nothing to show for it, he made sure to let me know he didn't like being "berated" and "made to feel like "he sucks at his job". Mind you I paid this man already, hired him to do a job and again to this day received nothing to show for such. Still no word from the prosecutors and when I called him in an effort to try and motivate him, he quit and told me he didn't want to do this anymore. I'd recommend AD for hire but stay on top of your case cause if you aren't, no one is. BH I wouldn't recommend for a job working the fry machine at Mcdonald's. Dude's attitude was terrible, quitter's mindset. Hope this helps, best regards, thanks. Update: Dominion found charges were declined back in August, but I’ve been blowing up Hultgrenn throughout September with him telling me he was “giving his best”. His best was I’ll send an email and I’ll check next time I’m at the courthouse. This man, the case was dismissed back in August Do not sell yourself out with Hultgrenn. Man is useless 3. Very knowledgeable staff! We have used them for over 10 years with our small business 4. Heidi Ellerd and her team were professional and clear. They were upfront about our guardianship case and what it would entail. Heidi explained the process clearly and communicated with us every step of the way. When we were anxious and being impatient she talked us down and helped us understand the process. In court she was knowledgeable, tough and very effective. Attorneys are expensive. You are paying for her knowledge and skill set, we think she was worth every dollar we paid. If we should ever need an attorney again we would not hesitate before calling Heidi. 5. My parents and I had decent experience with our Lawyer but when it came to staff this place was a joke! From answering the phone and laughing in it, to not taking messages and not relaying them to the right person! Definitely not recommending this place. Good Luck 6. These are some of the best lawyers I know, they are very good at what they do. I have a business purchase I am looking to make, and need some assistance with the proper setup to make sure I comply with all of the local and state regulations. I really appreciate their knowledge and insight allowing me to make an informed decision about my business. I would strongly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a strong legal team to represent them or their business. 7. If I could rate it a zero I would. She placed my children’s lives into danger. 8. Heidi is a great attorney to team with for getting those retirement documents in place. Wills, powers of attorneys, final directives, she can do it all! 9. Ed did a superb job with my divorce case. He is fair, reliable and advocates for you! He listened to my goals and expectations and informed me on what to expect throughout the process. He kept my situation fair, calm and was able to get me the results I desired for my situation. I would not hire anyone else in the area but Ed. His assistants Manna and Beth are communicative and reliable as well. They perform exceptionally well with filing, processing paper work and communicating with you. Very professional team. 10. Not good at all 11. I had an awful experience with Ms. Ellerd. She handled a trust related matter for my family and failed to inform us of important steps we needed to take in the case, with serious downstream effects. When we realized the oversight and reached out for support, she wanted to charge us an additional consultation fee and refused to accept any responsibility for the error. She was extremely confrontational, disrespectful, and offensive. 12. I've been using this office for family law matter for six years. One must first understand that with family law, its extremely expensive and neither party gets everything they want, so that should not be an expectation. I have learned you want someone who won't drop the ball, which creates a loss of something important. With this office, I have never experienced anything close to this. I this office is experienced and well respected. In my experience, I don't think there's an attorney that could have done any better than the service I received. 13. Everyone at the office was professional and upfront. Heidi Ellerd represented me in family court matters and was fantastic. She was tough in court and made sure everything was done correctly. She kept me informed throughout the process and the personal touch was comforting. If you want someone who will not stop working hard for you choose Heidi. 14. Ed Shea represented me in my legal matters, and he and his staff were great to work with~ very professional, smart, tough in court, all the things that I really needed in an attorney! I felt comfortable with him and trusted his advice and counsel. I am so glad I picked him to represent me! 15. Good job, good people
