Customer reviews synopsis: 1. Highlights: Paid a lot for a Christmas light setup. Installers arrived, indicating they did not know what was to be done at my location. It was mentioned that I didn't have to be available when they came, and they did not bring all the lights or a working timer with them, so they came back the next day to finish. The timer was installed the next day, and that night when it came on, the lights would go on and off; it took two weeks to resolve that issue because no one would return my calls. They just took down my lights and left staples hanging off my house everywhere. I was going to use them for 3 other services--window washing, gutter cleaning and a soft wash on my roof. 2. Highlights: The service was very good. Two servicemen arrived at my home on time. They were kind and professional. They cleaned the windows inside and out in the appropriate order. One guy who is a windows specialist answered my questions about different kinds of window frames and dust problems with double-layered glass windows. We took out a few window screens. Some of the screens could not be removed. The crew cleaned the inside of the windows from the outside by opening the window. This was a first for me and a ballsy move. The crew are very skilled at cleaning regular windows. They appeared hesitant when faced with skylights, but gritted their teeth and did it. I felt confident in their ability to do this. They were very good to consult me on my preferences. I had to ask them to redo the skylights, but the final result was better. They also alerted me to windows that will need replacing soon. 3. Highlights: Reliable with on-time scheduling. Professional and polite team provides exceptional service throughout, ensuring all areas are taken care of, including clean-up. Several services include gutter cleaning and brightening, power washing of walkways and driveway, soft washing of home, and roof cleaning with moss control. Outstanding recommendation. 4. Highlights: Very pleased with service. Team was on time, ready and able, efficient and communicative. Very friendly members of the team. Gutter cleaning and then installed Christmas lights. Christmas lights are commercial grade and are on a timer. They are working well. 5. Highlights: The crew of two were wonderful. They were excellent in their communication and were skilled in their job. They provided before and after photos and sent them directly to our property management company.
