Josh was helping me with a custody matter for my 7 year old son. He had to withdraw from helping me. It was initially tough on me but worked out for the best. Josh does works very hard and is very responsive to getting back to his clients in a timely manner. However, overall I wouldn't recommend him as I didn't feel he was very experienced or competent in family law. My LLLT did a better job helping me in this matter for a more affordable price.6. If you have complicated Mathers they don't work for you. you have to do it yourself.7. Although I don’t recommend getting into an accident. I do recommend Josh when it’s unavoidable.8. Services were excelent during my visit. I had all my questions answered and had no problem understanding what I need to do going forward?9. Joshua Lowell is my favorite Personal Injury attorney. As an Insurance agent it is so nice to know I have someone I can refer to assist my clients when they need help with a claim or a personal liability issue. He is quick to respond and treats you like family!10. I was able to speak with Josh on the phone prior to my appointment and he didn't make my head spin like another attorney did. I told Josh what I wanted and instead of adding fees and what ifs with every word I spoke he was respectful of my time and my money and didn't talk about how much more it would be and how long and drawn out it would be. Josh Lowell was very professional, some lawyers could just ignore you and not deal with basic questions and stuff. He chose to continue to answer questions I had, to at least guide me in the right direction after letting me know he doesn’t get involved with my particular dispute. Josh Lowell has been helping me through the most difficult time in my life regarding modifying my parenting plan (post divorce) in a very contentious endeavor with my ex. Josh is unbelievably responsive, provides a high level of quality and is realistic in his advice - he has told me when unrelated matters are outside of his specialty and does not blow smoke to inflate my ego or confidence. He's realistic and I appreciate his honesty! His involvement in my case and his availability make me feel like I am his number one priority. I never want to go through a divorce or modification again, but if I do, I would, without a doubt use Josh again.
