I went out of my way from Seattle to this office and was turned away in 5 min. - Le couldn’t be bothered with my case since I hadn’t yet scheduled surgery - something that could have been discussed ahead of time. Then I went out of my way to follow up on my shoulder scans and, without even asking, my physician recommended surgery so I immediately followed up with Le’s office. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I asked her to text me a fax number to forward documentation to since I didn’t have a pen on hand.
