(Five Stars) 2. My first impression of attorney at law Jamison over the phone was truly reflects honor, pride and integrity. I continued speaking with him about a speeding ticket I received in a Hot rod car of mine that I never got used to never. But on this occasion, I drove the car 10 minutes down the road and back home and received $1000 ticket. It wasn’t about the money as much as it was about a point system.you see I run a CDL and where I work you can only receive up to 15 points, at 16 points I would’ve lost my job. And that was the issue. He was able to get my ticket completely dropped after I thought it was only going to be the smallest one. My livelihood was saved because of him and that is something that I am eternally grateful for, I would recommend his firm without any hesitation To anyone seeking an attorney Who truly fights for his clients. Sincerely, Casey.(Four Stars) 3. My experience with Randy Jamison and this law firm was incredibly disappointing. I felt unheard, unsupported, and let down at every point of the process. In my opinion, the representation I received added little value and felt no more effective or less effective than filling out the simplest forms on my own. I anticipated an attorney to fight for me, communicate clearly, and help me understand the situation. No part of it happened. I felt that once I pay my payment, the effort and urgency vanished. The lack of meaningful guidance made me feel like I was on my own, and the situation reflected it. I was very unpleased with the outcome and the lack of communication. Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone thinking about this firm should tread carefully and seek other options. They never called to update me about any court updates or anything for that matter. I always had to call them for updates. Honestly would recommend Angel with Betancourt Law not this law firm. I was recently charged this firm to help with my parents estate planning after my Mother died. They had done the paperwork for her and I was looking for them to guide me. I was sent to Michele Granholm who was unprepared, unprofessional, and clueless at the start. I decided to give her a second chance, but after many interactions that were unprofessional and nothing got done, I can't continue. Please find out what the situation is up into and do something about it yourself, hire better help as this firm cannot provide that for you. Please pain note I was unable to reach their customer support since I never got any assistance.
