I had initially contacted a different attorney but he declined taking my case because there was too much evidence & there was not much he could do besides taking my money he said. After a few google searches I came across Ms Bennett and gave her a call for a free consultation and we began. I was charged with DV Assault, there was plenty of evidence for conviction and the case was not looking good at all, the prosecutor was very strict and didn't seem very easy to work with so I did some research to get an idea of the way the court works and decided to go to trial to see if that would help at all, Ms. Bennet agreed.
