Based in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood, Bayview is a non-profit Life Plan Community offering healthcare services for the aged. On one campus, all medical services are available. Early Seattle resident Charles A. Kinnear donated his family home to the First United Methodist Church in the company's early days to look after older children. Presently, Bayview houses 210 people and is a daycare resource. The retirement community is an independent non-profit entity with a volunteer Board of Trustees. We have retained our Methodist Church connection but accept all faith traditions. We look forward to receiving your feedback at (206) 284-7330.

Bayview Manor receives fantastic reviews reflecting a caring, safe, and community-oriented place for older people. Without COVID cases, Bayview has managed the pandemic impressively. There's a universal sense of caring and communities in all that they accomplished during the pandemic, and the residents are grateful. The residents are lucky to have guests – and the guests are lucky to be there! The reviews come across as authentic thanks to their content and the love for the establishment. This is one of the reasons that they often have repeat customers and their employees are so committed to their work. The high quality of care goes a long way. The staff has been thanked multiple times for their professionalism, kindness, and approachability. The incredible, bright atmosphere is also a great attraction to both residents and visitors because it makes everyone feel at home. The reviews and ratings say it all.
