I was very impressed with the reviews I received—from work to the reviews. The reviews seemed to be very fairly representative of the experience with Better Builders. A common theme is the company's professionalism and transparency. The quoted costs were precise, and timelines were strictly followed without any unanticipated difficulties or overcharges. Also, their work was excellent, and multiple reviews mention how beautiful Better Builders designed features. The clients felt respected and accommodated, and the builders adjusted job patterns for COVID-19. Household members had nothing but good things to say about their interactions with the teams. I also noticed a few reviews about providing alternatives in cases, estimates changed, which would have been very beneficial. Additionally, many clients appreciated the builder's wisdom and trustworthiness, pricing, and building services. However, there was a small workmanship issue that one client pointed out, which results were satisfactorily retained. The client feedback about their interactions was overwhelmingly positive. The only downside was that only a handful of clients explicitly praised Better Builders' customer service. One reviewer found that the company's client service was below average at times and that a circumstance was not being appropriately resolved.
