Goorman, the small brokerage company with five employees has grown into a mortgage giant. The company, anchored by its entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and dynamic leadership, now employs over 800 people and has 35 state coverage. Citywide has secured a solid foundation while maintaining its small-company roots. Steve also remains involved in daily loan originations and loan consultant activity. Steve enjoys working with borrowers and stays close to the ground to keep in touch with the triumphs and challenges faced by his fellow loan officers.
