If you are looking for someone who really cares about your experience and your interests above all, I truly cannot recommend Ron enough. He is so humble, kind, and honest- real authentic. He works so hard and clearly actually cares. What stands out most about Ron is that the business of real estate isn’t just a job to him: it’s real people making important financial decisions and sometimes having very personal circumstances. He radiates with compassion and integrity in all he does and is also just the hardest working person I think I have ever met. Ron always kept my complicated situation in perspective and made sure that I was taken care of no matter what. While it is easy to get lost in the business side of the business of real estate, Ron is always aware that there are real people behind the transactions and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. These are the pros who kept personal recommendations alive and well!2. Tess was an amazing real estate agent. We worked with Tess to buy our first home and she made the process so much easier and less stressful than we expected. Tess was always so responsive and made everything move so smoothly throughout the process including highly efficient and timely communication when we needed anything or if she needed something. Tess was so helpful with the renovations and remodeling that we were considering for each property we looked into. She was so much more than just a real estate agent and was able to truly help us understand the potential of different homes and what various projects might involve. We learned so much throughout this process and always felt like we not only had a knowledgeable human on our side, but a true ally. I couldn't recommend Tess enough!3. Eric helped my partner and I purchase our first home in 2024. We were both very new to the process, and I felt very comfortable with Eric as he made the process feel easy and less intimidating through his knowledge and encouragement. He was super quick to return messages and this was super helpful as we both have full-time jobs. Eric also was very adaptive to our likes and dislikes and he would adjust any potential homes off that, which was so appreciated. When we did find our dream home, I am sure it was due to negotiations and working with us that made us get our home. We are forever grateful for Eric and his help and all this time later we are super happy we chose to have him and we would do it again!4. We appreciated Sylwia from every door real estate as she was the best real estate agent for our family. She was so quick to respond to phone calls, emails, and showing requests. Sylwia was very knowledgeable as first-time homebuyers and was patient as we decided to look in King, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. Sylwia was just so kind, and if we ever buy or sell another home she will be the first person I call. And, I would recommend Sylwia with no reservations.5. Chief is incredible to work with. He is so incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. The home-buying process was very quick and easy and my wife and I were connected with Chief through Zillow when we finally decided to start looking for our first home. I was very skeptical and nervous but Chief was so easy to trust and is incredibly genuine and kind. He surrounds himself with trustworthy people and when we were ready to buy our home we were also connected with a Mortgage Loan Originator. I had many questions for them as well and they made this whole process go from the insurmountable to the possible. He’s always there for us even after closing. When some drama went down with a neighbor a month after we bought our condo we called Chief for advice and guidance and he was just as supportive as he had been throughout the home-buying process and when I saw him at a concert several months later he was just as kind and genuine as ever! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through buying our home. We are incredibly grateful to Chief and wholeheartedly recommend him!6. Abigail made the selling and buying experience so enjoyable and made the decision making much easier. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend her as your agent as we always felt like we were in good hands and could lean on her advice throughout the process.7. Jade is awesome at her real estate business ensuring you get exactly what you are looking for and she follows up in a timely matter and makes sure you have all the information you need. I would reccomend Jade for you all your realestate needs.8.I worked with Chief on finding my first home here in Seattle. Chief was the best person I could have asked for as I am new to buying a home here in Seattle. He was so patient with me throughout this entire process and was always available to answer any question I had. Chief was so kind and positive, his speedy replies to texts and emails still make me feel amazed. I’d highly recommend working with Chief and his team. Chief is the best agent I could have asked for9. Every Door Real Estate and specifically Kayla was amazing. The first home we made an offer on we closed on with Kayla's help. She was available every step of the way. She was patient with the very thorough process my partner and I follow to make a decision and she was a great communicator and was always available to answer questions. She also had fantastic instincts and so much knowledge of the market. Through the search, throughout the closing process, and even after we closed Kayla was helpful fully engaged professional knowledgeable hard-working and extremely available. Her support team was as incredible as she was - I cannot say enough positive things about Kayla and everyone who worked with her on finding a home for us10. Worst experience. They tell you that you need to invest in your home to make it sellable and in the end they’re doing everything they can to help the buyer instead of the seller. In future I’ll steer anyone I know away11. Janine is an amazing person to work with. She was helpful and responsive and we moved quickly through our (hopefully) forever home buying process. She has also helped us sell our existing home and she was able to help us get an offer we liked within days of listing.12. We had an amazing experience with Kayla from Every Door. Kayla was incredibly patient with us and showed us a TON of homes throughout our search in the Snohomish County area. She was very responsive whenever we had questions or wanted to schedule a showing
She was also so helpful with strategizing offers and talking through our options without ever making us feel pressured. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We closed last month and we are so happy with the new home we ended up with and we would definitely recommend her!13. Working with Ryan was amazing. Ryan was super knowledgeable about the greater Seattle real estate market throughout my process of finding my dream home. My every need was met as he listened and understood what I was looking for, helping me identify options that were aligned with my goals14. Every Door and Katie Hemming in particular were fantastic to work with. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Seattle. From the 1st time we met she was so intentional about learning our tastes, preferences and lifestyle to ensure we found the best home to fit everything we needed. When we found a house we loved she was great at helping us understand the property, its history, and the market so we could make a good offer. Through the whole process she was always available, responsive, and generally just friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks to her help, I don’t think shopping for and buying a house could have been any smoother or easier15. Priyanka was awesome. She was always quick to respond and flexible with scheduling showings. At the Spokane Country Show we could have known this was the area we were going to land, and it was thanks to Priyanka that we made that decision. We are still so happy with the house that we found and will always recommend her.
