FlowFitness is the home for well-experienced trainers in this gym. The presence and positive energy these coaches bring to the table is truly astonishing. Mandy, Katrina, Samara and Ben seem very capable of providing direction, motivation and support at the right time. Many clients also indicate that the gym is is convenient and beautifully equipped. They falter in parking space, but everything else was provided for them. Features like the sauna, lockers and cleanliness are most celebrated here. These reviewers recommend it. However, getting a space and or even accessing resources them can be a challenge. Good news if you to join FlowFitness.
