Fulcrum is an increasingly famous Seattle cafe offering a relaxing place to sit and unwind while taking in the breathtaking city views. Patrons laud the barista's expertise and creativity, noting their talent for making patrons mix their espresso into the drinks directly after it was made. The café's specialties, particularly the Lemon Lavender cake, are rave-worthy, as are the seasonal drinks, like the bee pollen, Pistachio Crème, and Lycee. Indeed, the baristas make good personalized drinks not found anywhere else, the baristas are friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is perfect for working or meeting people. The food is good with the egg biscuit was pretty decent, but the granola, pastries, and other treats are liked. Service timing is great, and the food and drinks are fantastic, but I could do without the random philosophizing by the customers on some days. A section of the café where dogs are allowed is available this coffee shop and it also supports a sustainable local coffee roasting culture. Patrons should return to fulfill their desire to try more things from the menu.
