Seattle's leading tutoring program, Fusion Math, was founded by Mark Batho (MIT Grad) and offers high-quality tutoring services to kids of all ages. Fusion Math works with students and their families to find the best math tutor for them. Our tutors are from UW and MIT, with some from Princeton and Carnegie Mellon. Fusion Math tutors are pre-screened to make sure they understand Science and Math concepts from Kindergarten to College. Uplift Writing can help at our sister tutoring center! Fusion Math tutoring is scheduled every day by appointment only and provides one-on-one tutoring. Our tutors can assist with you math in the Lower School, Middle School, and High School. We tutor Lower Level, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Statistics. We also tutor Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Biology & SAT. Mark P. Batho, MIT graduate, and Julianna began Fusion Math, LLC, in 2011. After graduating from Seattle University in 1997, Mark received his Master of Civil Engineering from MIT. He worked as a Civil Engineer. He discovered his joy of teaching and tutored at UW's Civil Engineering Department from 2004 to 2010. Mark tutored college kids. Mark says, "Teaching has been a joy and my calling for a long time." With his kids Hazel in Bryant, he lives in Seattle. Mark was born in Vancouver and grew up skiing, and is now a Mighty Mite coach at Crystal Mountain Alpine Club
