Horizon House was established in 1961 and has continued to redefine senior living. We provide Independent Living flats for people who want to live life to the fullest. Horizon House offers Assisted Living for those with disabilities. This inventive service allows them to be as independent as feasible while getting the help they require. Our Memory Support program is also available. This program, known as Comfort Matters, will help individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia improve their overall well-being. Horizon House is a Life Plan or Continuing Care Community that meets long-term care needs. Horizon House understands that your care needs change over time, so we make you feel at ease.
